For this you have to take on can of tuna, about a quarter of kernel corn, half a tomato sliced, some onions, celery if you want and few drops of Italian salad dressing. Mix it all in a bowl and your salad is all good to eat.
Chicken Pita Wrap
We all have those days when we have leftover chicken in the fridge from the night before, but we just don’t know what to do with it. It either goes in the bin, or you just eat it as it is. The leftover chicken, with some creativity, can turn into a delicious pita wrap that you can prepare in minutes. Take pita bread, layer the chicken on it (make sure to cut it in smaller portions), add some diced cucumber, yummy mozzarella cheese, red pepper and balsamic dressing. Mango salad with yogurt
Mango is the king of fruits, and we all like to cut it in cubes and enjoy it with a fork. Adding a little bit more to it will hardly take much of your time, but it will have you a tasty mango salad. Turkey Avocado Salad
This is another salad that is just as tasty and is super easy and quick to prepare. For this, you will have to purchase some low sodium turkey deli which you can easily get from nearby grocery mart. Place that turkey on some mixed greens and then include a half cut avocado. Add some carrots, radishes and bean sprouts to make the flavor tastier. For final touches, mix some yogurt and Ranch dressing in a small bowl and drizzle on top; you are ready to enjoy your healthy dinner.
